Instructions

1. Enter a question for you poll.
2. Enter the possible answers for your poll, putting one on each line.
3. Enter your email address if you want your poll details emailed you.
4. Click the 'Preview and Save' button to preview your poll.
5. Click the 'Create' button if you are happy with your poll, or click 'Back' if you'd like to edit your poll

Note Once you have created your poll, it will be activated instantly and will run for one week.
